Cut & Edge Board Service
Boards supplied, cut & edged — one job, one visit. From our Stoke-on-Trent workshop, we cut boards to your sizes and finish the edges with ABS banding. Bring your own boards or have us supply them, then arrange collection or discuss delivery when we quote.
From list to finished panels
- Send your cutting list — sizes, quantities, material, which edges need banding and at what thickness.
- We quote. If we're supplying the board, the quote covers material too; if you're supplying, just the processing.
- Panels are cut square on the sliding table saw, then edged on the CNC edge bander for a consistent, trimmed finish.
- Collect from the workshop in Hanley, or have the finished panels delivered locally.

What to include in your cutting list
A clear list helps us understand the job. Trade, domestic and DIY enquiries are welcome.
Identify each panel
Give each panel a reference, quantity, dimensions in millimetres, material, thickness and required finish. Say whether you are supplying the board or need us to supply it.
Show edges and grain
Use a labelled sketch to identify the edges needing banding and the grain direction. State the ABS thickness you want, or ask us to discuss suitable options.
Explain the finished job
Tell us what you are building, any drilling or assembly needed, your postcode and whether you prefer collection or delivery. Flag your desired date when enquiring.
Confirm whether dimensions describe the finished edged panel or the unedged cut size. Do not assume an edging allowance: the final sizes and processing instructions must be agreed before cutting.
Complete the relevant tabs for cutting and edging, drilling or cabinet assembly. Email the completed pack and labelled drawings to contact@superiofurniture.com.
