0.4mm, 1mm or 2mm — what each is for
All three are ABS — durable, impact-resistant and heat-applied. The difference is how much edge protection and how soft a corner profile you want.

Preparing your ABS edging enquiry
What do I need to specify?
Give each panel a reference, its dimensions and thickness, and mark exactly which edges need banding. Include the board decor or EGGER code and your preferred 0.4, 1 or 2mm ABS thickness.
Can cutting and edging be quoted together?
Yes. Send one cutting list with the required edges clearly marked. You can supply the boards or ask the workshop to supply them; availability and the final specification will be confirmed in your quote.
How soon can my panels be ready?
Tell us when you need them and whether you need collection or delivery. Turnaround depends on the job and material availability and is confirmed with your quote.
