Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. We'll provide a specific lead time when we confirm your order. From consultation to installation, most projects are completed within 4–10 weeks.
Do you offer a home visit?+
Yes — for all projects we recommend a home visit so we can measure your space accurately and understand how it's used. This is free of charge with no obligation.
What areas do you cover?+
We are based in Stoke-on-Trent and cover the surrounding areas including the wider Midlands and North West. We also offer UK-wide delivery and installation — get in touch and we'll confirm availability for your area.
Can I choose my own materials and finishes?+
Absolutely — that's the Superio difference. Every piece is manufactured to your exact specification. We offer high-quality melamine-faced boards, painted MDF, wrapped MDF, wood-effect finishes, and a wide range of colours including super matt, gloss and painted options. We'll guide you through everything during your consultation.
Do you offer a guarantee?+
Yes. All Superio furniture is manufactured to a high standard and backed by our quality guarantee. Full details are provided with your order documentation. We also offer after-sales support should you need any assistance after installation.
What types of furniture do you make?+
We manufacture bespoke kitchens, fitted and sliding wardrobes, walk-in wardrobes, media walls and TV units, bedroom furniture, home office furniture, under-stairs storage, utility rooms, bathroom vanity units, living room furniture, and office and commercial furniture including reception desks. If it's fitted furniture, we can build it.
Do you supply only or can you install too?+
We offer both. We can supply furniture for self-installation, or provide a full service including professional installation by our own team. We also offer UK-wide delivery.
